Jubal Square Apartments residents may pay rent through the Rent Café portal. If you have not already registered for Rent Café, please contact the leasing office for registration instructions. Currently registered residents, simply log in to your portal and click on the ‘Payments’ tab to proceed – it’s that easy! Please contact the office should you need any additional assistance.

Apartment Maintenance Request

The apartment maintenance staff at The Lofts at Jubal Square would like to make apartment living as comfortable as possible. Jubal Square Apartments is pleased to provide our student housing and apartment home residents with 24-hour emergency service and prompt attention to all non-emergency apartment service requests. At Jubal Square Apartments, every apartment maintenance call is treated as a priority. If and when you have an apartment maintenance service request, please call it to our attention when it first occurs so that we can respond quickly and remedy the problem. Hopefully, you’ll never need this service, but if you do, you will certainly appreciate having our trained apartment home service staff just a phone call away. You may also use the online apartment service request form for all non-emergency requests via your resident portal.
